Administration of NITUB
When NITUB launched in 1994, it was decided in a meeting of the Organizing Committee for the Second National Workshop on Instrument Maintenance and Repair that the Organizing Committee would act as an ad hoc Executive Committee (EC) of NITUB until formal Committee is formed. The ad hoc executive Committee was as follows:

| The ad hoc Executive Committee of NITUB framed a constitution of NITUB which was adopted in a general meeting of the members of NITUB in the year 2001. Since then the Executive Committee of NITUB is elected every three years as per constitution of NITUB. The present Executive Committee of NITUB for the years 2007 to 2009 is as follows; |

Staff of NITUB
NITUB has three staff members who are maintaining the office of NITUB. Mr. Faruk Ahmed, Junior Instrument Engineer, the only full time employee of NITUB. NITUB has also two part time staff members of which one is Technical Assistant and the other one is Messenger Peon cum Cleaner.
